Let me ask you about your life right now...

- Are you trying to deal positively with your teenager without losing your mind?
- Can you simply not figure out which way is up? And everything seems jumbled at the moment?
These are some examples of what women I've worked with have on their minds. The conversation usually goes in multiple directions because we're multi-dimensional people! That's ok, because you already know the answers - you just don't know you know!
Coaching Isn't Counseling
This is about looking to the future and designing a life that brings you Joy! There are some topics/issues that I may not be qualified to address.
If this is the case, I'll let you know and will give you my thoughts on how to proceed. These are most often concerns that require counseling rather than coaching. If so, I'll say so.
How Does It Work?
Like every other profession, different people have different styles and approaches. I coach the way I would want to be coached. I like to build a relationship with someone I like and trust, and then see them as often or as little as I need.
Life happens, and life changes, and I want to be there for the times you need to hear yourself think, to process, and plan, and decide. As needed. (PRN as they say in the medical field.)
As needed! No contracts. No pressure from me. We simply meet as your needs arise. Like an old trusted friend with a lot of history. Just pick up where you left off the last time, and move forward! It’s working for others. I think it will work for you too!

I Had a Coach...
I had a fabulous coach for four years. I just randomly found her - and I LOVED her!
But at first I had lots of doubts. Those doubts vanished as soon as we met. I learned lots from her about how to have a successful coaching relationship. I remember only one time, out of many, many coaching sessions over four years where I walked away thinking "ok, that was just ok".
Every other session I had with her was SO good! I left each time inspired, with loads of thoughts to ponder and ideas to explore. I have a notebook full of insights and WOW moments that I refer back to time and time again.
My Experience
I have 30 hours beyond my Master's degree, specifically focused on Life Coach Training, plus many hours coaching with women just like yourself - wanting more of something and less of something else.
